More on Gluten Free

Living with my step mom who has an extreme allergy to gluten, you get to learn what works and what doesn't. First off found a sample pack from a bakery company trying to break into the gluten free market.100% Gluten Free Sample Box for 1¢ is from The Little Aussie Bakery and Cafe and this box contains a whole flax loaf, an 8" pizza crust, an anzac cookie, and a hunger buster bar. The contents of this box are worth nearly $20, but you pay only for shipping & handling which is pretty cool. Better yet add it to your order of other gluten free stuff and keep the shipping cost down. So here are 4 of Karen's favorite items that we buy from Amazon. We will start with breakfast. Bisquick has always been by favorite way to make pancakes and the Gluten free version made the best pancakes so far, better than any of the Gluten free mixes and the Amazon price is lower than the stores. Also Corn Flakes for when you don't feel like cooking in the morning are a can't miss and with these I recommend the subscribe and save as it saves $7.00 and you can set it up as frequently or infrequently as you want. Moving on the lunch, this one is a winner for both you and your kids. Ready Meals from GoPicnic are basically a healthy version of Lunchables and with 5 gluten free meals to choose from there is something for everyone's taste. for Dinner, how about some  pasta? Karen's favorite brand is Tinkyada, with a number of different types of pasta to choose from. One of the best things about Tinkyada is that it re-cooks fine if you just make sure that it catches some steam. (Will feel like a rock while cold,) These are some of the best values for home cooking in the gluten free market, which is growing quickly but still not cheap. Enjoy
